Purpose
This policy explains how SN Digital Media Services handles personal data and communication campaigns delivered for clients.
Consent-based communication
We only support SMS, WhatsApp, email and voice communication sent to recipients who have consented, using registered DLT headers and templates or approved WhatsApp templates where applicable.
Opt-out and DND
Every promotional workflow includes an opt-out mechanism. We respect DND preferences and permitted sending hours under TRAI regulations.
Client responsibility for data
Clients are responsible for lawfully collecting the contact data they provide. We do not sell, purchase or scrape contact lists.
Data minimisation and security
Systems we build collect only the data required, apply role-based access, maintain audit logs where appropriate and are hosted securely.
Election-related services
Campaign tools must comply with Election Commission of India requirements, the Model Code of Conduct and applicable law. We decline work involving misinformation, intimidation, inducements or unlawful use of voter data.
